Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time: We want to make sure your order is perfect! Because we offer both unique handmade items and custom-printed products, our processing times vary by product type:

• Handmade Items: These are crafted with care in our dedicated workshop. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to create and prepare your item for shipping.

• Printed Products (Apparel, Mugs, Decor): These items are made-to-order, especially for you. Production typically takes 2-7 business days before shipping.

Please note: "Processing time" is the time it takes to make your order. "Shipping time" is the time it takes for the carrier to deliver it to your door.

Estimated Shipping Times Once your order is ready and handed over to the carrier, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

• USA Orders:

  • Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days (via USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

  • Handmade Items (Direct from Workshop): 3-10 business days (via Express/Eco Carriers).

• International Orders:

  • Please allow 10-30 business days, depending on your location and customs processing.

Split Shipments To get your items to you as fast as possible, your order may be split into multiple shipments.

• For example, If you order a Handmade Wall Decor and a Printed T-Shirt, they will be shipped from different facilities. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.

Tracking Your Order As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to update.

Customs and Import Taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. GeekCrab is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Missing or Lost Packages If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot find it, please check with your neighbors or your local post office. If you believe your package is lost in transit, please contact us at info@geekcrab.com so we can assist you.
